DISCUSS
We will make contact with you to discuss your project, based on the information provided, at a fixed price. Either by our quick quote or from conversations by email or phone. Once the scope of the project is detailed and confirmed, we will arrange for a site survey.
SITE SURVEY
Site Visits will be undertaken prior to any installation to establish potential camera positions and vantage points. This will be carried out by a professional photographer & accredited engineer to ensure the perfect balance of creativity and safety. We will consider any power solutions and brackets required. We will then produce a full site report, detailing our intended work.
RISK ASSESSMENT
Safety is of paramount importance. We will produce a RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statement), which will be supplied prior to any work undertaken and ensure this is in accordance with our Safe Contractor and CHAS accreditations.
INSTALLATION
After Induction of the RAMS is both read and agreed, our trained specialist 2 person team will carry out the installations, both with CSCS, IPAF certifications, and first aid training.
ON-GOING CAPTURE
Our hardware and data are fully guaranteed. Backed up in triplicate, in UK Servers & Cloud, at all times. We also monitor hardware activity in-house to ensure that cameras are capturing the best footage. Our self-healing cameras also act upon redundancies, making for a completely robust system.
MONITORING
Full Resolution Images accessible from any computer, tablet or mobile phone. Full Archive of all images in easily accessible in a brand-able web portal with your logo and custom domain e.g kier.timelapse.co.uk. Security of your content against loss and theft, backed up in multiple secure facilities almost instantly.
IN-HOUSE MONITORING
During your timelapse project, Our fully guaranteed service means we ensure to monitor your project for camera health and correction functioning. Always planning ahead, we can monitor your project to ensure uptime and synchronisation is always live.
REMOVAL & MAKING GOOD
After project completion, we will provide a team to De-rig all cameras and brackets. Ensuring safety procedures are followed, following removal, we will try to make good where necessary.
FINAL EDIT
Upon completion, we will provide a final edit, this edit will include edit revisions & ammendemtns, with any desired logos, music and overlays as required.
